The Village houses 48 two-bedroom apartments 

 

All of our apartments are overlooking the swimming pool or the garden area for that extra feeling of fresh air when you need it 

 

This properly offers a restaurant/café that caters to the needs of our tenants and their guests

 

130 SQM each with a private shaded car park area and a private entrance along with one common entrance to the compound which is where our security gate is situated 

 

Each apartment comes with the option of either a lower level patio or upper level balcony, giving the tenant their preferred choice suitable to their comfort (subject to availability) 

 

Our apartments also host 2 master bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom and extra guest bathroom along with fully functional and spacious closet space 

 

The apartment living room and dining area space overlooks a clean finish open kitchen that is fully equipped with all appliances needed 

 

A comfortably sized storage room resides in the back section of the apartment giving the tenant the luxury of concealed extra space 

 

All of our apartments are fully furnished with custom made furniture to add comfort to your home and the compound facilities include Restaurant - Café, Gym, TV room, swimming pool, indoor and outdoor sitting areas , BBQ area and outdoor service Gazebo bar
